Delivery:
*Please allocate adequate time when placing your order.

Processing time will take 2 weeks (14 days).
Delivery: Next-day recorded delivery after processing time.

Refund policy:

No refunds, exchanges only:
1. Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item.
2. Bundle/Laces must not be worn and must be in their original packing and original state.

Shipping fees/exchanges:

The customer must cover all return fees. The client is responsible for the item until we’ve received it. Please use a tracking number service with a signature by the recipient. We will not take any responsibility for lost items during exchanges.
